Terms of Service
This page rewrites the current Terms of Service source material into documentation form for the docs site.
Effective date: February 11, 2026
Covered services
The current terms material says the direct terms apply to services such as:
- FastFail Target Audit
- Standard Audit
- Deep Dive Portfolio Audit
- custom on-prem container deployments
- Proof Bundle Pro
- Founding Partner Program
- related dashboards, artifacts, and deliverables
If the product is procured through Google Cloud Marketplace, the Marketplace-specific documents take precedence for that channel.
Service framing
The source terms describe Glassbox as providing deterministic audit workflows, reproducible screening pipelines, and structured scientific outputs according to the selected product tier.
The terms also say Glassbox does not provide:
- medical advice
- diagnostic advice
- legal advice
- regulatory advice
- clinical advice
- financial advice
Customer responsibilities
The source structure assigns responsibility to customers for matters such as:
- providing inputs they have rights to use
- complying with applicable law and restrictions
- maintaining appropriate confidentiality and internal controls
- using outputs within the documented boundaries of the product
Fees and payment
Fees, billing timing, and payment rules are documented separately in Billing Terms. Marketplace purchases follow the Marketplace pricing and metering documents instead of the direct-service billing path.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
The current terms material distinguishes between:
- customer rights in customer inputs
- Glassbox rights in the product and related IP
- license terms governing delivered outputs
- feedback rights and confidentiality obligations
Disclaimers and limits
The source terms include:
- no-clinical-or-investment-advice disclaimers
- warranty disclaimers
- limitation-of-liability terms
- indemnification language
- termination and governing-law language
- order-of-precedence rules
Contact
For direct legal or contract questions, route users through the company legal or support contact path documented in the applicable agreement set.
For Marketplace-specific terms, see Marketplace Product EULA.
