Refund Policy
This page converts the current refund-policy source into documentation form.
Effective date: February 11, 2026
General rule
The source policy states that Glassbox treats its digital scientific analysis services, computational audit products, and containerized deployments as non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.
The listed examples include:
- FastFail Target Audit
- Standard Audit
- Deep Dive Portfolio Audit
- Proof Bundle Pro
- Founding Partner Program upgrades
- custom enterprise agreements
- on-prem container deployments
Why purchases are treated as final
The source policy explains that once a purchase is made:
- analysis workloads may begin immediately
- compute resources are allocated
- execution pipelines are triggered
- deliverables are generated on demand
Because of that operational model, the direct policy says Glassbox does not offer standard cancellations, partial refunds, or post-purchase reversals for completed digital service orders.
Exceptions and payment errors
The policy material does call out one operational exception: if there is a duplicate charge or Stripe processing error, the customer should contact Glassbox within 7 days so the charge can be investigated and corrected.
Subscription and chargeback notes
The source policy also says:
- Glassbox does not currently offer subscription billing by default
- all charges are one-time unless an order form or statement of work says otherwise
- chargebacks may lead to suspension of access to audit materials, pipelines, or deliverables while the issue is being resolved
