How the information is used​

The policy says Glassbox uses collected information to:

  • provide, maintain, and improve services
  • process transactions and requests
  • communicate about services, updates, and support
  • send marketing communications where permitted
  • analyze usage and improve the user experience
  • detect technical issues and security threats
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce terms

Sharing and disclosure​

The source policy says Glassbox does not sell personal information. It may share data in limited cases such as:

  • service providers and business partners operating under confidentiality obligations
  • Stripe for payment processing
  • DocuSign for document-signing workflows
  • legal process, government request, or protection of rights and safety
  • business-transfer events such as merger or acquisition
  • explicit user consent

Security posture​

The privacy material states that Glassbox uses technical and organizational safeguards such as:

  • encryption in transit and at rest

It also states the usual limitation that no online system can guarantee absolute security.
